Lead Tent Parent 

Oversees all Age Group Tent Parents 

Acts as liaison between tent parents and board especially Vice Rep and Head Ref Confirms attendance for all tents 

Addresses behavior issues in tents 

Communicates with Ready Bench Lead to address issues such as lag time 

Leads Volunteer Training for Age Group Tent Parents starting in 2022 

Helps foster a sense of community and team spirit

Ribbons Lead 

Oversees Ribbons and Awards Team In charge of Ribbons boxes and will bring them to and from practices for swimmers to retrieve their ribbons 

Help Spirit Coordinator with End of Season Awards 

Attach labels on the Otter ribbons at the meet 

File ribbons in Ribbon Boxes after the meet for swimmers to pick up at practice 

Lead Ready Bench 

Oversees Ready Bench volunteers to ensure a smoothly run meet 

Keeps Ready Bench area clear of parents, coaches, and off event swimmers Communicates with Lead Tent Parent to solve issues such as lag time 

Acts as liaison between Ready Bench and Head Ref and Announcer for meet pacing issues 

Lead Photographer 

Oversees photographers for meets and other events 

Uploads pictures to the Facebook Page 

Communicates with Head Ref about off limits areas  

Lead Timer 

Oversees Timers Communicates with Head Ref about timing issues 

Holds the Timers meeting prior to the meet 

Holds back-up watches for Dolphin misfires 

Keeps timing area clear of parents, coaches, and off event swimmers
